Section 1. Short title, extent and commencement.

1. (1) This Act may be called the Punjab Abadi deh (Record of Rights) Act, 2021. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Punjab. (3) It shall come into force with immediate effect: Provided that it shall come into effect for the abadi deh area falling within the limits of a municipal area on the date as may be notified in this regard.
