Section 7-G. Permission for direct marketing.

7-G. Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, the State Government may grant permission to any person for purchase of the agricultural produce directly from producers outside the principal market yard or sub-market yard or at any place specified in the notified market area, on fulfilment of such terms and conditions in such manner as may be prescribed.
