Section 15. Protection of action taken in good faith. THE PUNJAB ALLOTMENT OF STATE: GOVERNMENT LAND

15. No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or any officer or authorities appointed under this Act in respect of anything which is taken in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act .
