Section 28. Powers and functions of the Board of Management. Baba Farid University of Health Sciences Act, 1998

28. (1) The Board of Management shall be the Principal executive authority of the University.
(2) Powers and functions of the Board of Management shall be such, as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
