Section 7. Refund of compensation amount deposited. The Punjab Bhondedar, Butemar, Dohlidar, Insar Miadi, Mukarraridar, Mundhimar, Panahi Qadeem, Saunjidar, or Taraddadkar (Vesting of Proprietary Rights) Act, 2020

7. In case an application filed under Section 5 is rejected by the Collector, the amount deposited as compensation by the applicant shall be refunded to him.
