Section 70. Installation of firehydrant.

70. (1) The local authority, with the prior permission of the Director, may order to install a firehydrant or any other firefighting infrastructure on a public street or private premises, only if it is necessary and unavoidable, in order to protect the building or surrounding area from a fire hazard. (2) Any person trying to create obstruction shall be punishable with a fine as specified in section 58.
