Section 77. Act to have overriding effect, but shall be in addition to other laws.

77. The provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder shall have overriding effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith regarding fire prevention and life safety measures contained in any other law of the State of Punjab for the time being in force, or in any instrument having effect by virtue of any other law.
