Section 1. Short title, extent and commencement. The Punjab Health System Corporation Act, 1996. (Punjab Act No. 6 of 1996)

1. (1) This Act may be called the Punjab Health Systems Corporation Act, 1996.
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Punjab.
(3) It shall come into force at once.
