Section 20. Payment of interest to Government.

20. In respect of the loans advanced by the Government to the Corporation by virtue of the provisions of this Act, the Corporation shall pay interest on the cost of such loans at such rates, as may, from time to time, be fixed by the Government in consultation with the Corporation and such interest shall be deemed to be a part of the expenditure of the Corporation.
