Section 26. Repeal and Saving.

26. (1) The Punjab Health Systems Corporation Ordinance, 1995 (Punjab Ordinance 4 of 1995), is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance referred to in sub-section (1), shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
