Section 14. Submission of reports.

14. (1) The Authority shall within a period of six months after the expiry of each financial year, submit to the State Government, a report giving true and complete accounts of the previous financial year. (2) The Authority shall cause its books and accounts to be closed, as balanced on the 31st day of March of each financial year.
