Section 8. Setting up of Consultative Committee.

8. (1) The Authority may, set up a Consultative Committee of experts consisting of not more than seven members to aid and advise the Authority for performing its functions. The members of the Consultative Committee, shall be nominated by the State Government from amongst such persons, as may be prescribed. (2) The members of the Consultative Committee shall be entitled to receive such travelling allowance and daily allowance, as may be prescribed.
