Section 95. Applicability of East Punjab Rent Restriction Act, 1949.

95. The East Punjab Rent Restriction Act, 1949, shall not apply- (a) to any building belonging to or vested in the Board under or for the purpose of this Act; or (b) to any tenancies or other like relationships created by the Board in respect of such building.
