Section 1. Short title and commencement. The Jagat Guru Nanak Dev Punjab State Open University Act, 2019.

1. (1) This Act may be called the Jagat Guru Nanak Dev Punjab State Open University Act, 2019.
(2) It shall come into force on and with effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
