Section 22. Members of the Board, Welfare, Commissioner, Inspectors and all officers and servants of Board to be public servants.

22. The members of the Board, including the Chairman thereof, the Welfare Commissioner, Inspectors and all officers and servants of Board, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
