Section 14. Authorities of the University.

14. The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely: - (i) the Governing Body; (ii) the Board of Management; (iii) the Academic Council; (iv) the Finance Committee; and (v) such other authorities as may be declared by the statutes to be the authorities of the University.
