Section 23. Finance Committee.

23. (1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:- (i) the Vice Chancellor; - Chairperson (ii) the Administrative Secretary to Government of Punjab, Department of Sports and Youth Services; - Vice-Chairperson (iii) the Administrative Secretary to Government of Punjab, Department of Finance; and -Member (iv) three non-official members as may be appointed by the Executive Council from amongst the persons having expertise in the field of finance and administration. (2) The powers and functions of the Finance Committee shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
