Section 39. Proceeding of authorities or bodies not invalidated by vacancies. The Maharaja Bhupinder Singh Punjab Sports University Act, 2019.

39. No act or proceedings of any authority or other body of the University or any officer shall be invalid by reason only of existence of any vacancy or vacancies among its members or defect in procedure or in the constitution or appointment.
