Section 46. Repeal and saving.

46. (1) The Punjab Sports University Ordinance, 2019 (Punjab Ordinance No. 3 of 2019), is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance, as referred to in sub-section (1), shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
