Section 12. Authorities of the University. The Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University Act 2014
Act no. 5 of 2015 2015 In force Punjab (State Act)
12. The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-
(i) the Board of Governors;
(ii) the Academic Council;
(iii) the Faculties;
(iv) the Board of Studies; and
(v) such other authorities, as may be declared by the regulations.
