Section 15. Constitution of the Finance Committee.

15. (1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:- (i) the Vice-Chancellor; : Chairman (ii) the Principal Secretary to Government of Punjab, Department of Finance; : Member (iii) the Principal Secretary to Government of Punjab, Department of Technical Education and Industrial Training; : Member (iv) the Director, Technical Education and Industrial Training, Punjab; and : Member (v) one member of the Board, to be nominated by the Chairman. : Member (2) The Finance Committee shall advise the Board on all financial matters.
