1. (1) This Act may be called the Punjab Medical Council, Punjab Nurses Registration Council, Board of Ayurvedic and Unani Systems of Medicine, Punjab and Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, Punjab (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1977.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 5th January, 1977.
