Section 18. Appeal against the decision of Council. The Punjab Medical Registration Act, 1916

18.An appeal shall lie to the 1[Sate] Government against every decision of the Council under section 13 or section 16. Such appeal shall be preferred within three months from the date of the Council’s decision.
