Section 8. Submission of annual report. The Punjab Municipal Infrastructure Development Fund Act, 2011

8. The annual report in respect of receipts into the Fund and distribution made out of the Fund to the Municipalities, shall be prepared by the State Government and be submitted to the State Legislature.
