Section 13. Trial of offences. THE PUNJAB NEW CAPITAL (PERIPHERY) CONTROL ACT, 1952

13. Trial of offences.- No court inferior to that of a 1[Judicial Magistrate] of the first of class shall be competent to try any offence punishable under this Act.
