Section 20. Protection of action taken in good faith. Punjab New Mandi Township (Dev. and Reg.) Act 1960

20. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Administrator or any other officer or authority for anything done or intended to be done in good faith in pursuance of this Act or rules or orders made thereunder.
