Section 19. Confirmation and publication of bye-laws

19. Confirmation and publication of bye-laws - (1) No bye-law made under 3[sections 17 and 18] shall come into force until six week after it has been confirmed by the 1[State] Government and published in the 2[Official Gazette]. (2) The [State] Government may cancel its confirmation of any such bye-law and thereupon the by-law shall cease to have effect.
