Section 26. Power to relax.

26. (1) The Government may relax any of the provisions of this Act for reasons to be recorded in writing. (2) No relaxation in any provision of this Act shall, in any manner whatsoever, seek to provide relief for any violation of the provisions of this Act that has already occurred.
