Section 15. Appeal. THE PUNJAB REGULATION OF FEE OF UNAIDED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS ACT, 2016

15. Any person or Un-aided Educational Institution aggrieved by any direction or order passed under this Act, may file an appeal to the Government within a period of forty five days from the date of passing of such order or direction.
