Section 19. Annual report.

19. Every Un-aided Educational Institution shall prepare, in such form and at such time for each academic year, as may be prescribed, its annual report by a qualified Charted Accountant giving full account of its fees, received during the previous academic year, and forward a copy thereof to the Regulatory Body.
