Section 11. Recovery of rent as arrears of land revenue.

11. If any person refuses or fails to pay the arrears of rent payable under sub-section (1) of section 6 or the damages payable under sub-section (2) of that section or the costs awarded to the Religious Institution under sub-section (5) of section 8 or any portion of such rent, damages or costs, within the time, if any, specified thereof in the order relating thereto, the Collector shall proceed to recover the amount due as arrears of land revenue.
