Section 1. Short title and extent. The Punjab Requisitioning and Acquisition of Movable Property Act, 1978

1. (1) This Act may be called the Punjab Requisitioning and Acquisition of Moveable Property Act, 1978.
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Punjab.
