Section 6. Jurisdiction of the University.

6. (1) The University shall exercise its jurisdiction within its Campus; (2) The University shall affiliate to it those educational or professional institutions, established, run or managed by the Trust within the Campus with regard to which a specific decision is taken by the Trust.
