Section 13. Repeal and Saving.

13. (1) The Punjab Roads and Bridges Development Board Ordinance, 1998 (Punjab Ordinance No. 5 of 1998), is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance referred to in sub-section (1), shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
