Section 3. Act not to apply in relation to certain employments. The Punjab Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes (Reservation in Services) ACT 2006

3. This Act shall not apply to, -
(a) any employment under the Central Government;
(b) any employment in private sector; and
(c) any employment in domestic service.
