If the State Government is satisfied that the Board is not functioning properly or is abusing its powers or is guilty of corruption or mismanagement, it may suspend the Board and make such arrangement for the functioning of the Board, as it may deem appropriate: Provided that the Board shall be re-constituted within a period of six months from the date of its suspension.]
