Section 69. Who may be appointed as liquidator.

69. No person shall be appointed as liquidator, if he— (a) has vested interest in the affairs of the self-supporting co-operative society ; (b) is insolvent, insane or of unsound mind ; or (c) is criminally convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude.
