Section 80. Bar on jurisdiction. The Punjab Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Act, 2006

80. Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, no civil court shall have jurisdiction to entertain any suit or proceeding or any other matter which is governed under the provisions of this Act.
