Section 24. Recovery of sums due. THE PUNJAB SETTLEMENT OF AGRICULTURAL INDEBTEDNESS ACT, 2016.

24. The order of the Forum passed under this Act, shall be executed by the civil court having jurisdiction in the area as if it were a decree or an order of that court.
