Section 12. Prosecution of action taken in good faith.

12. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or any other officer of the Government in respect of anything, which is done in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act, rules made or any order issued thereunder.
