Section 6. Repeal and Saving.

6. (1) The Punjab Special Recruitment of Teachers Ordinance, 1997 (Punjab Ordinance No. 5 of 1997), is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance referred to in sub-section (1), shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
