Section 29. University to follow rules, regulations etc. of the regulating bodies.

29. (1) The University shall be prohibited from conferring any degrees, not recognized by the MCI, INC and any regulatory bodies concerning medical education or its equivalent body constituted by the Central Government. (2) It shall be mandatory for the University to follow the MCI, INC and any other regulatory bodies concerning medical education, University Grants Commission (Establishment and Maintenance of Standards in Private Universities) Regulations, 2003, or any other regulations made for private Universities by the MCI, INC and any other regulatory bodies concerning medical education.
