Section 104. Security for costs from a respondent. THE PUNJAB STATE ELECTION COMMISSION ACT, 1994

104. No person shall be entitled to be loired as a respondent under sub-section (3) of section 80 unless he has given such security for costs as the Election Tribunal may direct.
