Section 118. Penalty for failure to observe procedure for voting. THE PUNJAB STATE ELECTION COMMISSION ACT, 1994

118. If any elector to whom a ballot paper has been issued, refuses to observe the procedure prescribed for voting, the ballot paper issued to him shall be liable for cancellation.
