Section 45. Disqualification for being an election agent.

45. Any person who is for the time being disqualified under the Constitution of India or under this Act for being a member of a Panchayat or a Municipality or for voting at elections, shall, so long as the disqualification subsists, also be disqualified for being an election agent at any election.
