Section 82. Documentary evidence. THE PUNJAB STATE ELECTION COMMISSION ACT, 1994

82. Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law to the contrary, no document shall be inadmissible in evidence at the trial of an election petition on the ground that it is not duly stamped or registered.
