Section 5. Term of office of non-official members.

5. (1) The Non-official members of the Commission shall hold office for such period, as may be specified by the Government, but not exceeding five years. (2) Subject to the provisions of this Act, Non-official member, except one who is removed under sub-section (2) of section 6 shall be eligible for re-nomination only once.
