Section 12. Accounts and audit.

12. (1) The Council shall maintain proper records and books of accounts for each and every financial year in such manner and in such form, as may be prescribed. (2) The State Government shall cause statutory audit of the funds and accounts of the Council in such manner, as may be prescribed.
