Section 19. Bar of suit or other Proceedings The Punjab Sugarcane (Regulation of Purchase and Supply) Act, 1953

19. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the Rules framed there under.
