Section 9. Penalty for contravention Not other wise provided for The Punjab Sugarcane (Regulation of Purchase and Supply) Act, 1953

9. Any person contravening any of the provisions of Act or any rule made there under, for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be punishable with fine, which may extend to two thousand rupees.
